Sweet Bacon Breakfast David Burrito

Ingredients:

3 eggs

½ sweet potato

2 strips of bacon

Brown sugar

Tortilla

Shredded cheddar/mexican cheese

Olive oil

Some spices (pepper, salt, garlic)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Grab a cookie sheet cover it with aluminum foil.

3. Put as many strips of bacon as you want to cook.

4. Sprinkle bacon with brown sugar.

5. Put in oven, cook for 4 to 5 mins then turn tray 180 degrees and cook for another 4 to 5 mins. 2 pieces of bacon is probably enough for the burrito but then again there’s no such thing as too much bacon

6. Take a little bit of olive oil and pour in skillet.

7. Cut sweet potatoes into strips and throw in skillet.

8. Throw some salt/pepper and a little bit of garlic on potatoes.

9. Cook until they’re heated up.

10. Scramble up 3 eggs.

11. Throw it all onto a tortilla, wrap it up and enjoy.
